We are looking for a Workshop Preparation Technician to manage preparation, progress tracking and quality follow-up of our fabrications.

The role

You manage the complete fabrication cycle from material intake to final shipment. You ensure all materials meet standards, coordinate with subcontractors and oversee painting, packaging and dispatch operations.

Concretely, you:

Preparation & Material Management
→ Prepare fabrication files.
→ Manage incoming material.
→ Perform normative material inspection.
→ Prepare ancillary materials: timber, straps, gaskets, fasteners, etc.

Progress Tracking & Coordination

→ Track production progress.
→ Coordinate with external subcontractors

Quality Follow-up
→ Oversee painting operations.
→ Manage packaging.
→ Manage shipments.

What you bring

→ Higher technical education or equivalent demonstrated experience.
→ Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a similar role.
→ Knowledge of material inspection and traceability standards.
→ Comfortable with MS Office suite.
→ Reading drawings and isometrics; AutoCAD reading proficiency.
→ Detail-oriented and organized.
→ Autonomy and problem-solving skills.

→ Full-time contract, salary between €3,100 and €3,500 gross/month based on experience + company car + fuel card + expenses + meal vouchers + group insurance.
