We’re looking for a Production Leader who can lead a shop-floor team, stay focused on targets, and solve problems right where they arise.
Your role
- Lead a production team (8–10 supervisors and 150 operators) on a daily basis
- Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
- Monitor KPIs and adjust in real time
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean, problem-solving)
- Build team cohesion and develop people’s skills
Your profile
- Technical bachelor’s degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 3 to 7 years in an industrial environment (mechanical/electrical assembly is a plus)
- Hands-on leadership — present, pragmatic, and engaged
- Comfortable with KPIs, planning, and production flows
- Fluent French + professional English
