As a Tender Specialist Senior, you will be part of the Tender Department.
Your responsibilities include preparing quotations and offers for our projects in piping, boiler making, mechanics, HVAC, and, with the support of the E&I department, the electrical component.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze specifications.
- Review customer requests (measurements, bill of materials, pricing, etc.).
- Assess feasibility and potential risks for the company.
- Determine the human and technical resources needed for project execution.
- Collaborate with suppliers or subcontractors.
- Provide a comprehensive cost estimate.
- Create a detailed proposal for the quotation.
- Participate in on-site visits.
- Maintain customer communication.
You will be working on large-scale projects in both national and international contexts, spanning various sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and energy.
Your profile:
- Understanding of manufacturing processes related to one of these fields: piping and boiler making, mechanics, or HVAC.
- A bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Good decision-making skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel
- Reading & writing English is necessary
