As Business Manager your role is to manage relationships with existing customers, to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.  
You will manage customer relationships by understanding their needs, proposing our services whenever an opportunity arises, with the aim of developing and maximizing customer sales.

Role and responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Communicate regularly to understand customer needs and concerns.

  Have a thorough understanding of each customer's needs and objectives.

  Present the company's products or services in a way that meets the customer's specific needs. Customize existing solutions or develop new proposals if necessary.

  Resolve customer issues promptly.

  Maximize the value of existing customer accounts by identifying cross-selling opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure that customer needs are met globally.

  Produce reports on account performance, perform analysis to identify trends or opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Renew customer contracts by understanding customer satisfaction and negotiating favorable terms.

  
  

Profile: 

• Industrial engineering diploma or bachelor's degree (in piping, mechanics, welded mechanics or electromechanics).


• Previous experience in customer relations.


• Reading of drawings, isometrics and good general technical knowledge.


• Fluency in French and English.


• Effective communication, active listening, reinforcing negotiation skills.


• Results-oriented, with a good understanding of the market to achieve this objective.


• Time management, adaptability and team spirit.
