We are currently looking for a: Business Developper (M/W/X)
As a Business Developer, your role is essential to a company's image management, growth and success.
You are responsible for identifying, creating and managing new business opportunities. The Business Developer works closely with management and the Junior Business Developer to devise and develop growth strategies and achieve the company's commercial objectives, taking the business into the future without closing doors.
Role and Responsabilities:
Conduct market analyses to understand trends, competition and emerging opportunities. Use this information to develop appropriate growth strategies in agreement with management.
Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
Collaborate with management team to develop strategic plans and effective business tactics. Implement initiatives to increase brand awareness and revenues.
Develop the company's external image: post on LinkedIn, develop employer branding by participating with HR in trade shows, liaise with the media, position the company on social networks and at events, feed the company website, LinkedIn corporate page.
Prepare regular reports on opportunities identified and challenges encountered. Use these reports to adjust strategies and tactics.
Facilitate and support Business Managers: lead each weekly sales meeting with BMs on sales topics. Involve the BD in contract negotiations, reviewing offers, preparing sponsor meetings via PowerPoint, etc.
Act as SPOC (single point of contact) for major project tenders.
Profile:
- Sales-oriented degree or technically-oriented bachelor's degree in engineering with sales experience.
- Data Center experience a plus.
- Experience as a Business Developer, minimum 5 years.
- Fluency with digital tools and digital communication.
- Perfect command of French and English.
- Effective, clear and persuasive communication.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Active and attentive listener.
