We are currently looking for a: Senior Tender (M/W/X)
As a Senior Tender, your role will be to draw up quotations and bids for our projects, and to work with the E&I department on the electrical side. You will work on large-scale projects in national and international contexts and in a variety of fields: oil & gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy...
Role and responsabilities:
- Analyze specifications and customer requests (quantity surveys, bill of materials, costing, etc.).
- Determine feasibility and potential risks for the company.
- Define the human and technical resources required to carry out the project.
- Consult suppliers or subcontractors.
- Propose an overall cost estimate.
- Draw up a detailed quotation proposal.
- Participate in site visits.
- Liaise with customers if necessary.
Profile:
- Engineering degree or bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' professional experience in the industrial sector.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes related to one of these professions: piping, mechanical or HVAC.
- Excellent command of IT tools, particularly those used for estimating and costing; proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of industrial processes and/or HVAC and/or E&I are additional assets.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and good teamwork skills.
- Decision-making and analytical skills.
