We are currently looking for a: Piping Project Manager (M/W/X)
As a Piping Project Manager, your role is to oversee activities and commercial development with our clients and deploy technical assistance solutions in the following sectors: Pharma, Cosmetics, Aerospace/Space, Chemistry, in fields such as: Piping, Boilermaking, and Mechanics on new projects or industrial maintenance.
Role and responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the client portfolio
- Ensure commercial monitoring
- Analyze market tender documents
- Determine feasibility and potential risks for the company
- Define the human and technical resources necessary for the service
- Establish the project budget quotation
- Write the technical and commercial offer
- Participate in the defense and negotiation of projects with clients
- Manage and oversee projects (studies, planning, execution, invoicing)
- Manage sites with site managers and technicians as well as subcontractors
- Manage internal and external communication
- Define the needs in terms of assignments to various sites, in partnership with different stakeholders
- Ensure financial and budgetary monitoring
- Establish daily management and monitoring of actual services
- Apply established procedures
- Conduct audits and animate SSE Tool box
- Analyze incidents and accidents and implement preventive actions in collaboration with the safety and prevention department
- Implement actions related to the company’s policy on safety, quality, and environment
Profile:
- Successful experience in this type of position (minimum 3 years) in the field of piping, boilermaking, mechanics
- Strong commercial profile; ability to make decisions; negotiation skills; communication, empathy, and assertiveness; good analytical and synthesis skills as well as critical thinking
- Good organizational and work coordination skills
- Knowledge of professional English
- Knowledge of office and planning software
- Knowledge of project management techniques (reporting, dashboards)
