We are currently looking for a: Piping team manager (M/W/X)
As a Piping Team Manager, your role is to organize activities and lead teams while ensuring quality and productivity on the various sites assigned to you.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Organize Activities: Plan and organize activities on various sites, ensuring quality and productivity.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of technicians (pipefitters, welders, assemblers).
- Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure the proper application of safety, quality, deadlines, and cost rules.
- Project Monitoring: Implement and monitor the progress of the site.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the hierarchy.
- Industrial Piping Work: Perform industrial piping work and equipment assembly.
Profile:
- You have a background in piping or boilermaking or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
- You are aware of the constraints and regulatory aspects of construction sites and pay particular attention to them.
- You have good interpersonal skills and ensure effective management of your teams.
- You possess strong technical knowledge and a high degree of autonomy.

In this role, the salary package includes: gross salary over 12 months, summer bonus, winter bonus, travel allowance, health insurance, profit-sharing, and company events.
