Workshop Production Manager

As a Workshop Production Manager, your role is to ensure the daily production and management of the workshop in compliance with manufacturing schedules, while maintaining quality, budgets, and deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5 to 20 people depending on activity levels.


• Plan the workshop production according to the projects and deadlines.


• Define and coordinate resource needs (number, skills, qualifications).


• Manage the costs and profitability of the workshop.


• Resolve common production issues (human, technical, quality, etc.).


• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.


• Monitor production quality.


• Propose technical and organizational improvements.


• Communicate and report with project teams.


• Enforce and promote the company’s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policy.


• Evaluate and support the skill development of technicians.


• Ensure staff training (continuous training for employees, management of interns, integration of new employees).

Profile:

• Training in piping or boiler making or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position.


• Knowledge of regulatory aspects of construction sites.


• Good technical knowledge and strong autonomy.
